Please Note:

• Club Treasurer (Nikki) will email you an invoice to be paid no later than Monday 8 November
• If you have Dietary requirements, please let Janet know. Truffle Duck have requested prior notice to ensure you are looked after on the day.
• Truffle Duck have advised that Proof of Vaccine is a requirement for attendance as per the new Department of Health Hospitality Guidelines.
• Allocated seating – a seating plan will be prominently displayed at Truffle Duck.
• A raffle will be held. To operate in a COVID safe manner, ticket prices are fixed at 3 for $5 or 8 for $10 and no change given.
• Photographs taken on the day will be sent electronically via email to all attendees at no cost.
